Matt Pullinger, Director and Branch Manager, is professionaly qualified in the lettings field with several years experience and supports Laura and Steven with the running of the business and daily management of the branch and ensuring our team of local property managers will guide you through the process of letting in Aberdeen.
Branch Assistant Manager
Having been in the industry for over 10 years Emma Fagan ensures the smooth running of the lettings team, liaises with landlords and makes sure properties are ready for viewing . "Always being busy and the sheer variety of things to do" is what keeps Emma so interested in her job, and she has also undergone the Letwell program adding to her years of experience.
Scott is one of our team of Property Managers. Scott has been a property manager with Northwood for over 4 years and he has completed the Letwell training program further strengthening his knowledge of residential leasing. Scott also has the responsibility of being a dedicated property manager for part of the portfolio assuring our clients a personal point of contact for their property.
Abigail Davis ensures the smooth running of our accounts department, supporting all our clients with any questions relating to their financial matters. Abigail has been with Northwood for over 4 years and brings experience from previously running our maintenance department ensuring that all of our clients properties are maintained to the highest standard.
Property Maintenance Manager
Juliet has over 10 years experience in customer service and ensures the smooth running of our property maintenance department, along with regularly inspecting our portfolio, making sure all is cared for to the highest standard. Juliet also assists the lettings team conducting viewings and checking properties after they have been vacated to flag any maintenance issues.
Fiona has joined us after successfully completing her work placement program with RGU. Fiona enjoys looking after our clients needs and showing them the extensive range of properties we have on offer.
Assistant Property Manager
Kerryn is one of our team of Assistant Property Managers. Kerryn has been in the lettings industry since 2013 and assists our property managers with taking care of all aspects relating to the letting of our clients properties and also handles referencing, tenant enquiries and securing reservations on behalf of our landlords, making sure that everything is looked after to the highest standard.
