A unique network

Matt joined the team many (many!) moons ago as our window cleaner! Fast forward 15 years and he now manages the day-to-day running of the business as Operations Director. Aligned with Laura’s founding vision of providing better service to landlords in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, he has a vested interest in best practice and achieving results.

We recruit staff locally – who are available to speak with over the phone, some in several languages (including Doric!), or meet in person – and train them thoroughly through our national training program so they have the skills to successfully manage your property. Each qualified Property Manager has completed the Letwell training programme, recognised by the Scottish government.
