Matt began his Northwood career many moons ago as the office window cleaner before quickly stepping into a Lettings Negotiator role. Fast forward almost 15 years, he is professionally qualified in the lettings and estate agency field, and is utterly unflappable.
As Operations Director, Matt oversees the running and daily management of both offices. Working closely with the property managers, finance and marketing teams, he ensures a consistently high output from all to deliver customer excellence.
