Lukas has a wealth of experience within the local lettings market place, dealing with Landlords needs, he will be the contact who visits the property initially to advise you of the best marketing strategy and chat through the different levels of service including the ever popular Guaranteed Rent Scheme. Lukas is a member of ARLA 'Property Mark' and has undergone the extensive Northwood training to ensure you get the very best service that you would expect from the team. Lukas will further be out attending viewings as required, keeping his finger on the pulse and making sure the very best quality tenants are found in the most reasonable time-frame.
Doms current main focus is viewings and also meets tenants at properties for check-ins but has previously carried out the role of maintenance for several years so really understands the day to day needs of our clients both landlord and tenant with his 10 years of experience with us. Dom has also successfully completed the BTEC Level 4 Professional Diploma in Residential Lettings & Management.
Gemma has carried out various roles since joining us as a Sales Negotiator and was promoted to Office Manager in March 2014. Focussing on the smooth running of the office and team work. Qualifications include BTEC Level 4 Professional Diploma in Residential Lettings & Management and NAEA Technical Award Sale of Residential Property.
Mandy de Leuw
Mandy has a wealth of experience and understanding within the estate agency market in Stoke on Trent and Newcastle under Lyme, you will often meet Mandy either on a viewing or in the office whilst securing your dream home or discussing how the sale of your home is progressing, she may even meet you when giving the initial marketing advice and discussing the best price to market your home at to attract the right level of enquiries to secure that all important sale. The offer is just the beginning of the work Mandy is doing for you, what is needed is getting that sale through to completion allowing you to move to your new home, making your dreams come true.
Ben looks after the accounts, making sure all rents are paid in the manner due, on time. Ben is also regularly out and about inspecting the managed properties for our landlord clients, reporting on condition and advising tenants of their obligations to look after the home they live in. Ben is currently studying for his BTEC level 3 lettings and property management.
Lisa joined us as a Saturday Negotiator and has recently increased her hours to 5 days per week. She is a welcome addition on busy days and helps everyone in any of our busy areas, her main focus is looking after any maintenance issues that may arise in our managed properties keeping all of our tenant clients safe and comfortable in their homes and looking after our landlords properties.
Steve manages the business and enjoys advising landlords, these are exciting times as we develop and grow as a business. Steve is qualified BTEC Level 4 Professional Diploma in Residential Lettings & Management.
Deb's main focus is to ensure our landlords, vendors, tenants and buyers enjoy a great service with a friendly and efficient team. Really enjoys viewings and helping people to find a great home.
