David started Northwood Bristol from scratch in 2002 and has enjoyed seeing the business develop from its formation with his friend Adrian when "we sat hovering by the phone waiting for it to ring".
Today he is most proud of "the fact that the team are genuinely focused on providing a fantastic experience for our clients". Away from work David can be found putting on the lycra and getting on his bike, he enjoys the occasional round of golf but most enjoys time with his wife, daughter and Ruby, the dog.
Adrian and David first opened Bristol Northwood branch in 2002 with the aim of it being a professional and friendly lettings estate agent. Away from the office, Adrian enjoys walking, travelling, seeing new places, trying new restaurants and pubs and he loves twitter :)
After joining Northwood with 13 years Office Management Experience, Hannah now prides herself on ensuring the team always provides 100% effort when it comes to customer service. As a result of this, Northwood frequently receives lovely reviews from tenants and landlords. She enjoys meeting new people and loves looking round new properties.
Her spare time is taken up by her 2 children and husband. She loves walking the dog, especially down to the local pub!
Matt joined the Northwood Bristol Team having previously worked in Commercial Maintenance in London. Matt has worked for Northwood since he graduated from the University of the West of England where he studied Business Management. He loves a challenge which makes him a strong member of the team, especially when it comes to overseeing the maintenance department and ensuring jobs are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner. In his free time Matt likes to read and considers himself a bit of an Artist!
Ruby is David's lovely Cockapoo. She brings happiness and joy to all when she comes to visit the office.

Lily joined Northwood in 2018 as an Admin apprentice, when she passed her customer service qualification she became our lettings negotiator. Her vital role ensures that our rental applicants are booked in to view the most suitable properties for their needs, and lets them know of all available properties. Lily also liaises with landlords, keeping them up to date at every stage of the process. She is vigilant and hardworking, attributes that help maintain the smooth running and organisation of rental viewings.
