We’re delighted to welcome Ashton to our team!
Trainee Property Manager Ashton started with us following her graduation from The Robert Gordon University with a BSc in Architectural Technology last December.
Ashton developed an interest in property having worked with another property leasing company in the city during her studies. Since joining Northwood last month, she has taken responsibility for a portfolio of some 70 residential properties, processing applications, dealing with maintenance issues, and handling leases.
“I am excited about my property portfolio and making sure the properties and tenants are taken care of,” said Ashton. “The team at Northwood have been very supportive and great to work with, and I am very much looking forward to developing my career with the company.”
Elevating Property Management Standards
Director Matt Pullinger said: “Ashton is one of our dedicated portfolio property managers. She starts as a trainee with us but already has some industry experience and is looking after a section of our portfolio alongside a team of experienced property managers.
“Ashton will take care of every aspect of client property, from maintenance issues, marketing and arranging property checks. Her role is important because she is the client’s main point of contact and ensures that properties are well maintained and comply with the repairing standard.”
