Along with her husband, Martin, Fiona opened Northwood in May 2005 and is very proud of the Northwood team and the success that they have achieved over the past 16 years, winning best agent awards from both the British Property Industry and All Agents.
Mark has spent the last 10 years in the property industry working in both Sales and Lettings. With his extensive customer service experience and established sales background, Mark is a trusted member of the team, a real safe pair of hands.
Kate has both sales and lettings experience and, since joining Northwood in January 2018, has excelled in her role. Her fantastic customer service and administrative skills make her a real asset to the business.
Sacha is a dedicated individual who possess the qualities that any business would be grateful for, she is a calm and collective team member with a 'can do' attitude and a motivation to succeed in whatever task is put before her.
Tracey joined our team in 2010 and completed a BTEC Professional Diploma in Residential Letting and Management in 2014. Tracey is responsible for all of the administration covering our large portfolio of lettings properties and prides herself on delivering the best customer service she possibly can.
Property Manager (Warminster)
Kirsty is the third 'Kirsty' to join the team and is more commonly known as 'Dot' or Kirsty-Marie! Offering exceptional customer service, she is motivated in helping potential tenants find their forever home with sheer determination. Kirsty-Marie manages our Warminster, Westbury and Frome property portfolios.
Kirsty joined us in 2010 as an apprentice and her role progressed to Property Maintenance Co-ordinator. This has been a very challenging role and one that Kirsty carried out with dedication and professionalism. Kirsty however wanted a new challenge and has embraced the opportunity to move over to the sales side of the business to become our Sales Negotiator. We know Kirsty will be a great asset to the Sales team and our clients will be in safe hands.
Kirsty comes with vast experience in accounting and HR and ensures that our Landlords are kept fully up to date with all finance issues.
Property Maintenance Co-ordinator
Kerry has a wealth of experience working in a customer service industry and understands how important this role is. Kerrys calm and confident manner is a great skill to have alongside her professionalism for the getting the job done.
