Sarah was key to the successful opening of the Reading office in April 2013 and has since enjoyed working in various roles including Lettings Manager and Office Manager. As General Manager she is now responsible for providing oversight of the sales and lettings teams as well as managing our lettings portfolio. He is extremely knowledgeable about the sales market in Reading, Tilehurst and the surrounding towns and villages, and will never over-value a property as that sets expectations that cannot always be met, preferring instead to have an open and honest discussion with vendors about what a property might sell for then deciding on an appropriate pricing strategy to secure the best price. James joined us early in 2018 from a successful career with Nat West. He enjoys helping homeowners to become successful landlords, advising them on the works required to make sure their property is legal and safe for tenants, and then finding great tenants who will look after their home. He particularly enjoys working with people who are not sure whether to sell or let their property, and helping them reach the right decision. Lisa is likely to be the first person you talk with if you call the office or need some help. She coordinates all lettings enquiries, arranges viewings, does the referencing, and helps tenants choose their perfect new home. She loves helping people and when she's unable to help herself will always find the right person to talk to.
Jenni looks after all the maintenance on our lettings properties, making sure that any issues are dealt with as quickly as possible to both protect the property from further damage and to keep our tenants happy. Her belief is that if we look after our properties and get maintenance issues sorted quickly our tenants will generally take the same care and attention, be motivated to report problems so they can be fixed before more damage is caused, and this can only be a good thing. She's developed great relationships with our team of contractors and there's little that Jenni can't handle when it comes to property maintenance.
Livvie is our Sales Coordinator and helps Paul to progress and manage progress on our sales properties. From qualifying buyers and arranging viewings, through chasing solicitors and surveyors, to calling prospective buyers to see whether they want to view, Livvie is always busy and loves helping people find their perfect new home.
