Having started working in Estate Agency in 2003, JK has 20 plus years-experience of selling and letting properties in the Reading area. Working up from negotiator level through all aspects of the business, he is well placed to advise and guide clients through the sales or lettings process. JK likes nothing better than securing a great buyer for one of our sales properties. He is extremely knowledgeable about the sales market in Reading, Tilehurst and the surrounding towns and villages, and will never over-value a property as that sets expectations that cannot always be met, preferring instead to have an open and honest discussion with vendors about what a property might sell for then deciding on an appropriate pricing strategy to secure the best price.
