Before you start searching for your next home, you should be aware of your new expenditure and have plans in place should you wish to make a successful offer.  Whilst our advisors can help you with this, only you can decide if you can make the repayments.  Please let us know if you wish to speak with our mortgage advisor and we can make the necessary arrangements.

All applicants wishing to view your property are pre-qualified prior to any viewings being arranged, subject to your approval.  All viewings will be accompanied by a member of our team.

Upon receipt of an offer, we take all reasonable steps to financially qualify the buyer to ensure that they are in a position to proceed with the purchase.  Should the offer not meet with your expectations we will negotiate with the buyer to achieve an acceptable offer on your behalf.  As members of The Property Ombudsman you have the peace of mind that we have followed their Code of Practice.

A good conveyancer will ensure that the sale progresses smoothly, we work with a number of conveyancers in the area, why not request a quote and we will make arrangements for one of our providers to contact you.  We will work with you and your conveyancer during the conveyancing process to ensure that any enquiries raised during the process are answered as quickly as possible to see your sale through to completion.

Upon Completion, which is when your legal representative informs you that the money for your sale has been received, transfer of ‘Title’ has occurred and that the property belongs to your buyer, we will be informed to release the keys to your buyer.
