After a twenty-five year career with British Gas, Stephen took up the opportunity to direct a Northwood business. Since opening the Wrexham office, Stephen has become qualified as a Domestic Energy and Green Deal Assessor leading to the formation of a certified Green Deal Advisor Organization. In carrying out a property assessment and market appraisal, Stephen will advise on the best practice that should be followed leading up to the marketing for sale or letting of your property.
After studying Business and Finance, Siôn has worked for Northwood. During which time he studied at Glyndwr University leaving with a degree in Estate Agency and becoming a member of the Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors (RICS). Siôn has responsibility for assessing the valuation of property and advising landlords and home owners in the process of letting and selling their biggest asset.
Senior Office Administrator
Annette, a valuable member of our team, was recruited by Northwood when we first opened twelve years ago, after being recommended by the Sales Manager at our Chester office. She was instrumental to the initiation of the businesses administrative processes. Annette has an eye for detail: preparing correspondence, analysing references, processing landlord contracts, tenancy agreements, terms of business and agency agreements. Annette ensures that records are maintained with utility companies and requests for property possessions are compliant. With Annettes vast knowledge regarding the industries legislation and Northwoods services, she is the first point of call when both clients and team members have queries.
Sales & Lettings Negotiator/ Inspection Clerk
When studying business and marketing, Joanna worked at Northwood to gain experience but made such an impression that she was employed full time. Working as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, Joanna is responsible for promoting and subsequently selling & letting property, whilst building and maintaining a close relationship with our clients.
As our Inspection Clerk, Joanna will regularly examine our lettings properties, to make sure tenants are keeping homes to acceptable standards. At the end of tenancy agreements Joanna will conduct property checkouts, keeping both our tenants and landlords satisfied and feeling safe from disputes due to our continuous recordings and property recommendations to keep a good quality of standard within properties.
Administrator & Marketer
After completing a Business Management Degree in Liverpool, Kim returned to her hometown of Wrexham and began working for ourselves under the role of Administrator, taking ownership of daily in-office tasks. Kim�s role has developed further within the business and she is now known as our social media marketer alongside her administrational role, allowing us to benefit from her up-to-date knowledge and experience of using social media platforms. Therefore clients are consistently informed about our services and offers, and individuals are provided with information regarding our contributions within the local area.
Beth worked for Northwood a few years back and left to pursue her dreams of travelling, having recently returned to work for us part-time. Beth utilises her exceptional organisational skills and deals directly with our lettings, making sure clients are satisfied with their property needs. Alongside this Beth will arrange and conduct viewings, whilst being able to answer any queries a client may have regarding Northwood�s properties.
