Office Administrator
JOB DESCRIPTION
At our new office in Wrexham, the Office Administrator will be working within a team towards the timely completion of tasks associated to residential estate and letting agent activity. The main duties and responsibilities are to be completed whilst remaining focussed on delivering a high standard of written and verbal communication and managing relationships that exceed the expectations of our clients.
RELATIONSHIPS
Working with the Sales Manager, and within a team of sales and lettings negotiators, mortgage advisor and a bookkeeper, the successful candidate will be responsible to the Branch Director. They will be required to communicate effectively with our vendors and buyers, landlords and tenants, and liaise with the central franchise office, agents, surveyors, solicitors, and our third-party suppliers.
TRAINING
You will be trained in all aspects of the job to manage tasks effectively.
KEY COMPETENCIES
The successful candidate will be confident and self-motivated; able to demonstrate their numeracy and literacy skills, and that they can write clearly and succinctly. Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications would be an advantage.
The main tasks of the job include:
- Preparing sales and lettings agreements and contracts
- Managing landlord instructions and tenancy applications
- Supporting the sales progression process
- Preparing quotations and invoices
- Responding to telephone calls and emails from clients
- Providing auxiliary support
- Updating our database and client records
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,840.00 – £25,155.00 per year
Benefits: Minimum 28 days paid holiday per year. Company Pension, Free onsite parking.
Licence/Certification: Driving Licence
Hours: 37.5 hours per week / Monday to Friday (9:15 to 5:30)
Supplemental pay types: The opportunity to earn commission.
