Senior Lettings Consultant
Imogen has 3 year in residential lettings, after have a long term ambition to working within the property market. Previous Imogen worked for 3 mobile, were she was awarded the Most Customer Centred person in the company, winning this award over 6,000 other colleagues. She will be working with the team to ensure that this level of customer service is the standard in Northward.
Chloe is new to the property industry, but brings with her a background of sales experience. She loves meeting new people and putting her customer service skills to good use. Trainee Property Manager
Kaitlin is an outgoing, confident individual with experience in Residential Sales, Lettings, Business Administration and Customer Service. She first started at Northwood when she was 16 as an apprentice in the Administration Department, as her experience and skills developed she looked elsewhere to widened her knowledge within the property industry.
This resulted in Kaitlin rejoining Northwood back in May 2018 as a Trainee Property Manager. Her aspiration is to become a fully trained Property Manger. She enjoys every aspect of the maintenance role, helping and rectifying issues for both landlords and tenants.
Chris is a familiar face on Silver Street, joining Walter's Estate Agents over 20 years ago and work up from Office Junior to Senior Valuer. With our recent acquisition of Walter's, Chris has now been promoted to Sales Manager / Valuer. Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and enjoys meeting new people. Being a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, Chris brings professionalism in all aspects of his work.
When Chris isnt working hard he enjoys nothing more than spending time with his son and newborn daughter.
Since completing her degree at the University of Lincoln in 2006 Donna found herself in the world of property and she hasnt looked back since. Donna started out as an Administrator with a local independent Estate Agent and with her dedication and hard work she went on to become a successful Negotiator and Manager. Now with over 11 years in the industry Donna has worked in all areas of the business. With her knowledge and work ethic she is a real asset to the sales team.
While not at work Donna enjoys spending time with her two German Shepherd dogs and jazzes up her evenings playing the saxophone and clarinet.
Geth joined the company in March 2018 and has worked a variety of roles while supporting the merger of Northwood & Walters, culminating in his current position as Residential Sales Consultant. Since his career in Estate Agency began in 2010, following his graduation from Aberystwyth University, Geth has gained vast amounts of industry experience and his grasp on the local property market is invaluable in achieving success for our clients. Geth passed the NFOPP qualification in 2015 and a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
In his free time Geth enjoys travelling the world and experiencing new cultures and cuisines, but he can typically be found curled up on the sofa with a good video-game or spending quality time with family and friends.
Having started her lettings career 21 years ago, Karen has seen many changes to the industry with hundreds of legislation changes and many advancements in standards and expectations.
Karen holds the CRLM (Certificate In Residential lettings & Management) degree level qualification, which is the equivalent of todays Level 4 ARLA Propertymark examination and is the highest qualification currently on offer in the industry.
Karen has always loved the varied challenges the lettings industry throws at you on a daily basis and throughout her career has worked in all of the different departments, Inventory & Checkouts, Administration, Accounts, Valuing and the dreaded Property Maintenance, knowing all of the different aspects of the job and understanding all the challenges each of our colleagues faces on a daily basis definitely helps when being part of a team.
