Chris has worked in estate agency since 1995, principally in and around York but also Harrogate, London, Wetherby, Beverley and East Yorkshire.  He built up, ran and sold on a business that was 4 branches strong before the credit crunch took its toll.  He built up a lettings business within that, so while he regards himself as sales specialist lettings is a strong second fiddle.  If you need assistance with property, he has all the experience to assist. His wife Rachel is a headteacher so he is regularly drafted in to assist at school events and he has two sons, both in their early 20’s now.  A paid of dogs a large garden and long walks fill his spare time.
