Always cheerful, and with a smile, Lucy has an in-depth knowledge of the rental market and the ever changing regulations in lettings. It is really hard to imagine that she only joined the industry six years ago. Lucy loves helping landlords and tenants and her efficient working practice and multi-tasking ability makes her a strong member of our team. Lucy says her work goal is to provide first class service to landlords and tenants 100% of the time. This was of course immediately apparent to us when we first met her in the Summer of 2019, and what could we do but to snap her up as her role with a London company became too limiting for her skills.
In her spare time, Lucy enjoys travelling and spending time with family, friends and her brother's dog.
Samantha De Soysa
Samantha has over twenty years of Customer Service experience, the last thirteen of which have been in Estate Agency. Having started out in Central London as a lettings administrator, Samantha's desire to learn and establish a track record of success led her to progress quickly first as a lettings negotiator and then in property and block management. As if that was not enough, Samantha then 'somehow' found the time to complete a Masters Of Business Administration (MBA) postgraduate degree, set up a family and move to Watford!
Samantha is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has gained a great reputation amongst landlords, tenants and contractors for 'leaving no stone unturned' to get the job done as fast as possible and with sensitivity.

Stuart considers his passion for the local area and in providing a superior service is unrivalled. He is renowned for building solid relationships with his clients and in ensuring he has knowledge of each individual client's requirements so he can offer the best possible advice and in supporting their sale or purchase..
Farah has lived in different parts of Hertfordshire for 20 years, including in Watford. Battling back to full-time working life after raising a family, and multi-tasking as a mum, part-time Maths teacher and home maker, Farah has truly mastered the art that her role necessitates. Lucky for us, and our clients, Farah cherishes to keep everyone and everything in check; landlord and contractor payments, implementing the increasingly complex regulations that surround lettings, sharing property-related news with landlords and tenants and organising pretty much everything else in the office are all carried with dedication, integrity and a smile.
