As a long-standing landlord and tenant he also understands the needs of his clients and, with the backing of one of the most respected brands in the business, he set out to take a different approach to lettings and estate agency in the Northwood way. Four years later and the Company is the fifth largest agent in the area. However, his proudest achievement is the customer loyalty he and his team have earned among landlords, tenants and vendors alike.

Whilst it’s the role of your solicitor to manage the conveyancing process, at Northwood we acknowledge we have a key role to play in helping push the sales transaction through. Elizabeth has established an excellent rapport with both buyers and vendors and she is always on hand to assist. Updates are provided weekly and she’ll often step in to aid communication between all parties concerned with the transaction. With an engaging manner and a much-needed sense of humour, Elizabeth provides perspective and reassurance even at the most stressful of times.
The estate agency side of the business really gained momentum with the arrival of Anita in September 2015. Anita is a very experienced valuer and sales negotiator. Compliance remains at the forefront of all that she does giving both sellers and buyers the assurance they are in safe hands. Anita will tailor her service to the needs of her vendor, offering a wide range of sales packages. Attention to detail is one of her greatest assets and therefore marketing material is produced to a very high standard. However, in a buyers’ market it is not enough to simply list a property and wait for the phone to ring. Anita’s greatest gift is to match properties to her prospective buyers and she is extremely proactive in marketing her sales portfolio. Key to the recent acquisition of the Andrew John portfolio was the transfer of their key member of staff. Rebecca is a seasoned and highly-accomplished lettings manager who has developed an excellent rapport with both her landlords and tenants. Rebecca knows her properties well and an organised approach ensures rental payments and maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our lettings portfolio has since doubled in size and Rebecca will now lead our lettings team as we continue to expand.
Jamall joined Northwood at the end of January 2018. Due to taking on another portfolio, the ever expanding Northwood portfolio meant adding a new team member to our already fantastic team on the lettings side. Fitting right in and becoming a valued team player, Jamall has already taken to his role like a duck to water and continues to support the lettings team by accompanying viewings, doing our in house inventories and providing fantastic customer service to prospective tenants, prospective landlord, tenants and landlords alike.
Tom is the youngest, and newest member of the team, and joined us in September 2019 as our Sales Administrator. This is his first role in property sales, but comes to us with lots of customer service experience, and always puts clients needs first and with a ready smile. In his spare time Tom enjoys outdoor activities and keeping active.
