Northwood Preston is a long and very well-established letting and sales agent who is looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator. Letting experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. The candidate will develop relationships with contractors and organise estimates, repairs and maintenance as appropriate, ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently.

Schedule:
Monday to Thursday or Monday to Wednesday (TBD) with Saturday on a Rota basis.
Hours of work: 09.30 hrs – 15:30 hrs or 9:30 – 1430 (TBD)
Expected hours: 20 per week
Holidays: 28 days including Bank Holidays (Pro Rata)
