Sujaad opened a letting agency in 2010, then independent and known as Levick Jones. His wealth of property experience, having been a professional landlord since 1997, propelled the agency to grow from strength to strength to the Northwood Office we have now. He now focuses on developing relationships with landlords, accounting and company strategy. Additionally, Sujaad is dedicated to ensure an excellent customer journey as a result of his earlier career and vast experience in retail management.
Suzanne has been a professional landlord in Oxford for over 20 years, she began working with Northwood, (then Levick Jones) in 2012. Suzanne oversees compliance, maintenance and the running of the office in her role as a company director, as well as being out and about with the team conducting viewings. Suzanne is also a registered Nurse, she has always been committed to helping others, whether through caring for her patients, assisting landlords with their property investments or helping tenants in finding a home. In her spare time Suzanne cares for her two grandchildren, enjoys swimming and reading.
Wesley joined us at Northwood as Sales Manager in January 2016 and immediately made a very positive impact in every aspect of the business, to the extent that he quickly rose to the position of branch manager. He has acquired a vast amount of experience over the past 12 years, having worked in both the property and investment industry in Oxford and London. Over that period Wesley has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell UK residential and buy to let property, as well as international property in multiple countries, for lifestyle choice, holiday home and for investment purposes. Due to the length of time he has spent in the industry, in varying positions, it has enabled him to be able to gain an extremely well rounded understanding of all things property. Sonita has been a qualified solicitor since 2006 and has specialised in residential conveyancing for over 15 years so she knows the legal process of selling and buying a property inside out which has proven to be a huge advantage for vendors and buyers. She has helped thousands of people with their property matters and is very passionate about giving the highest level of service. Communication is key and just being kept informed without having to chase anyone means so much to the people she helps, not to mention her eye for detail and love for interior design and property presentation / organisation. Head of Accounts
Yasmin is our head of accounts here at Northwood Oxford; her wealth of experience in accounts along with business knowledge and organisational skills acquired over the course of her Aston University International Business degree have proven vital to not only the accounts aspect of the business, but all aspects of the operation of the branch. She has been a key member of the team since graduating in 2013, rapidly building her property knowledge ever since. Yasmin holds a NFOPP Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management (QCF) and keeps her knowledge of the industry up-to date through her associate membership of ARLA. A warm and friendly individual, Yasmin is a vital part of the team coordinating the accounts team. Away from work she is either busy being a mother to two children and/or enjoying time spent eating out and travelling to new places.
Lloyd joined us here at Northwood in 2014 after moving to Oxford from Cardiff. Lloyd has many years experience in both sales and lettings, so whilst his primary role is within lettings, he enjoys dealing with both sides of the industry, whether that be matching people to property to rent or helping those looking to purchase a new home. Lloyd possesses an extremely strong local knowledge of the property market and consistently provides a high level of customer service and professionalism throughout, making him an integral part of the team. In his spare time Lloyd enjoys martial arts, movies and meeting up with friends and family.
Michael joined us in March 2017 as required following a sustained business growth. Michael has approximately 15 years experience in the sales and lettings industry in Bristol, Salisbury and for the past 8 years, here in Oxford. He has an excellent local knowledge of the property market and demonstrates a highly professional approach in dealing with landlords, vendors, buyers and potential tenants, alike. Michael enjoys a range of activities in his spare time such as tennis, tambourello (its a sport apparently), travelling and socialising with friends.
Property Maintenance Manager
With over 25 years experience in the construction and property maintenance industry, Wayne is highly skilled across all trades and manages all of our day to day property maintenance across our entire portfolio of managed and guaranteed rent properties. Having Wayne as a Northwood employee enables us not only be reactive to maintenance issues swiftly in order of importance, but also to provide our landlords with property maintenance solutions at a cost lower than they will typically be able to find anywhere else! Oustide of work Wayne enjoys carrying out his own DIY tasks, socialising with friends and going on sunshine breaks!
Garden Maintenance Manager
Dean joined us at Northwood in October 2016 and has a wealth of experience in both garden and property maintenance. As part of our service to a range of our landlords encompassing a large portfolio of HMO property, we provide a garden maintenance program which Dean has been integral tin implementing over the past 18 months. Dean is meticulous in his work allowing us to deliver the high level of service we aim to give to all of our landlords. In his free time Dean enjoys cooking, socialising with friends and family and will often be seen having a pint down the local on a Sunday.
