After living in the Chapel Allerton area for many years Andy now lives in Horsforth and outside of work enjoys football and cricket - watching rather than playing nowadays!

Matt is passionate about property and has worked throughout Leeds during his years in the industry. He is an avid football fan and a proud father of three.

Outside of work Richard is a keen sportsman and also fancies himself as a bit of a chef, however we don't think Jamie Oliver has too much to worry about!
I joined Northwood after finishing university and love the amount I've learned about the property industry. I spend approximately half my time focussing on generating interest for our newly listed properties and then booking in the subsequent viewings. My time out of the office is spent showing prospective tenants and purchasers around our properties, highlighting the features and benefits and obtaining feedback. Weekends are generally taken up with our very successful open days. They're often very busy which is great as that normally results in receiving multiple offers."
"I was born and raised in Chapel Allerton so when an opportunity came to join Northwood I jumped at the chance. Having progressed from junior roles up to a senior property manager within a large team I was ready to take on more personal responsibility and being able to walk to work is also huge plus! As a member of the accounts team I deal with the many rent payments coming in to the business and am responsible for chasing arrears to make sure that our landlord’s rent is always paid on time.” Originally from the North East, Laura studied at Leeds University and fell in love with vibrancy of the city.
