Here at Northwood Forest Hill we have a strong track record of letting and managing properties since 2007 in the local area. We were lettings & property management specialists until 2015 when we created a sales department due to the demand from our clients.

Our dedicated and experienced lettings team have a hands on, empathetic approach with a passion for customer service and all things property. We will find you the perfect tenant for your property, swiftly and with minimal hassle. We will assist in all areas of the letting process from the moment we are instructed on the property to the aftercare of your tenants.

We only charge you a letting fee once we find you a fully referenced tenant that you are happy to sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for your property.

We will advise you on presenting your property in the best light to maximise each potential viewing and we can arrange for minor renovations and decoration if required. We will also arrange for photography and write a comprehensive description of your property to depict it in the best light. We will advertise it on Rightmove, Zoopla & Prime location as well as through our own website and send to our database of active applicants.

Helping You With The Paperwork & Legalities

Prior to your tenants moving in we will ensure that any relevant checks have been carried out at the property including Gas safety, EICR and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) so that you have the right documents in place. We also see them in person with their ID and take copies, making sure you are complying with the ‘Right to Rent’ immigration rules.

End Of Tenancy

Should your tenant decide to terminate the agreement, we will assist with booking a full inventory checkout, helping to identify any damage to the property. Landlords with our fully managed service will contacted by their dedicated property manager who will identify deductions that need to be made from the tenants deposit and provide all parties with quotes as required. They will then deal with the negotiation process and deposit deductions and return via the TDS scheme.
