Having worked in sales and marketing since 1989 Paul has gathered an immense amount of knowledge and experience relating to the service industry over the years. Paul spent his early career working for large corporations before setting up his own businesses, including Northwood Eastbourne in 2008, Northwood Hastings in 2012 and Northwood Brighton 2016. My belief is, if we get customer service right the business will always follow. Given the rate of growth we have experienced at Northwood, I am confident customers can rely on us to deliver the level of service they expect in todays demanding market.
Since joining Northwood in 2008, when the Eastbourne office first opened, Amy has first-hand knowledge of each property, landlord, Vendor and tenant that has dealt with the offices over the years. Her wealth of knowledge is second to none as is her constant ability to offer excellent customer service to each person based on their needs. Having initially joined Northwood as an Office Administrator, Amy has progressed through the ranks to Office Manager, which is a reflection of her dedication to the work she does.
David has worked in the Estate Agency and lettings industry since 2008 and has a wealth of knowledge regarding the local housing market. Having worked in customer related industries for a number of years David prides himself on putting the customer first and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure the customer feels content in their experience.
Senior Office Administrator
Kirsty joined the Northwood team in the summer of 2012 as a Senior Negotiator for both sales and lettings. Having lived in the Eastbourne area all her life, she has a great knowledge of local schools, transport links and general information about the area and surrounding. Her 14 years of working within the property sales and lettings industry has helped her gain an NAEA membership and the skills to provide excellent customer service every time at the highest levels.
Rebecca has worked in the property industry for 26 years - 21 of them in Hastings & St Leonards. She ran her own property company for 16 years which merged with Northwood Hastings in 2018. Rebecca has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in lettings, management and sales and a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations and legislation.
Carolynn is highly experienced in both lettings and property sales having spent fifteen years in the industry and forging excellent relationships with landlords and tenants. She is able to advise on all aspects of letting and on future prospects of buying properties
Rachel joined the team in 2018, she has over fifteen years experience and has an excellent track record with sales and lettings with an extensive knowledge of the Eastbourne area and ever changing market conditions.
Property Maintenance Administrator
Harley joined the team in 2019, coming from experience of working in both Property and Building across Eastbourne and Brighton. With her knowledge, Harley is able to ensure all of your maintenance needs are dealt with smoothly, no matter how big or small they may be.
Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Tracy joined the Northwood team in 2019 with almost 20 years experience as a sales and lettings negotiator. She has excellent local knowledge, customer service skills and industry expertise ensuring her clients are supported and reassured throughout the process
Brad joined the team in 2019 but as the name suggests he already has an excellent knowledge of Northwood, being the son of our Director he has grown up with us. Brad has recently achieved great results in his GCSEs and is keen to pursue a career in the industry.
Jodi joined in 2019 with over 18 years of administrative experience. She takes pride in providing an excellent customer service, ensuring a competent and supportive service
