Melanie ensures all of our Landlords and Vendors get the best possible service. She gives up to date advice on market conditions and legislation and has maintained outstanding relationships with many of our landlords and vendors for many years. Melanie has been awarded several AllAgents Gold Award for outstanding Customer Service. Outside of work Melanie runs a very busy household with two teenagers, a husband, a cute French bulldog and beautiful German Shepherd and regularly enjoys trips out into the Countryside and Seaside as a family, whilst relaxing with a posh coffee or cold white wine.
Zoe brings properties to market and liaises with all parties involved throughout the sales and lettings process. She carries out all aspects of admin relating to the sales department and assists the lettings department with tenant contract renewals. Zoe has recently been awarded the NFOPP Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property. Zoe can be found outside of work enjoying a pink gin whilst spending time with her family.
Lindsey conducts sales and lettings viewings finding the best tenants/buyers for your property and helping them throughout the process. Lindsey carries out all administrative tasks for our sales department including property brochures and floor plans. Lindsey has recently won 4 all agents awards for exceptional customer service. Lindsey can often be found with a glass of Rose in her hand and loves to socialise and spend time with her daughter.
Nicola responds to all email enquiries and co-ordinates viewings. In Nicolas spare time she likes socialising with friends and going on family days out with her partner their 4 children and their lovely Douge de Bordeaux. She also loves a glass of prosseco!
Property Management Expert
Joana runs the Property Management department, liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors to ensure all of our Landlord's properties are well maintained and any maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner.. She creates and renews all of our Landlords contracts and she assists the maintenance department in the afternoons, ensuring jobs are instructed in a timely manner. Outside of work you can find Joana enjoying a nice coffee whilst reading and travelling around Europe.
Property Management Expert
Kamila carries out tenant check outs, inspections and inventories and ensures our landlords properties are kept in good condition throughout the tenancy. She spends her spare time enjoying a cold glass of white wine whilst spending time with her family.
Richard assists both the sales and lettings departments helping them with viewings and admin. Outside of work he can be found with a cold beer in hand, spending time with his dogs and children.
Business Development Manager
Becci looks after the marketing for all four offices and provides cover and support for each office where required. Outside of work you can find Becci either taking long walks with her dog, at Manchester City football matches or at a Gin Festival. She loves travelling around the world and is always on the lookout for her next adventure.
Jessica has recently been awarded the NFOPP Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property and shares her expertise with all four offices. Jessica spends time networking at various external events and assists the Branch Managers with policy and procedural decisions. Out of work Jessica enjoys spending time with her dogs and has a passion for photography. You'll find her in the evenings enjoying a glass of wine.
Helen is kept busy with owning four Northwood offices, making sure that customers are happy and employees are motivated to provide the best possible service. Whilst she's not at work, (which isn't very often!) she is involved in property development and plays the Rugby and Football mum on a weekend. She can also be found relaxing with a nice crisp, cold glass of dry white wine in the evenings.
