Our aims were as follows:

The Timing

We conducted a number of viewings for Mrs O, managing the process. After 4 viewings, we generated an offer for the asking price.

The offer was the first part of the process for Mrs O, however, & we wanted to ensure that, now an offer had been made, that it was successfully moved to completion. We took the details of Mrs O’s solicitors & of the buyer’s solicitors & advised them of Mrs O’s timescale. We called Mrs O & the solicitors at least twice per week from this point until completion in order to drive the sale forwards.
