Steve is highly customer service orientated and is the owner of Northwood Bolton which he took over in November 2016. He graduated and worked in chemical engineering but then had a career shift into customer service working in senior management positions for GE, AmEx, Aegon and CHEP. He has built a team delivering excellent customer service; the awards made by allAgents in 2015 and 2016 and the countless recommendations the business receives are a testament to this. Although not from Bolton originally, he has owned Northwood Wigan for over 9 years and so knows the area very well! Steve has achieved the highest qualification in lettings Â– the BTEC Level 4 in Lettings and Residential Management. Emma Bonney MNAEA
Emma has worked within the retail and customer service sector since leaving school at the age of 17. She joined the estate agency sector in 2009 working for a corporate agency and progressing with the company during her time there from sales advisor to marketing advisor and was then promoted to branch manager running both sales and lettings businesses along with managing two branches. Emma plays a central role within the team and oversees the day to day running of the branch to ensure the best possible customer service is delivered to our customers. She enjoys the opportunity to meet with landlords, homeowners, buyers and tenants to discuss all their property needs. Emma understands and fully appreciates the importance that is attached to buying, selling, letting or renting a property and she aims to make the process as individualised and seamless as possible.
Assistant Branch Manager
Having worked in the lettings industry for the past 14 years, Angelina has joined our team in September 2019 as Assistant Branch Manager. Angelina works closely alongside Branch Manager Emma Bonney running the day to day business with a key focus on lettings. Playing a key role in implementing new processes to deliver the very best in customer service to both landlords and tenants. Since joining Northwood Angelina has played a key role in managing the acquisition and also the branch integrating onto a new platform SME.
Senior Lettings Advisor
Nadine completed a degree in Events management at Leeds Beckett University in 2015 and worked in the Events industry before getting involved in the Lettings industry. Nadine started working in the Lettings industry in 2018 as progressed into a lettings management role having gained extensive knowledge of the new homes build to rent market. Nadine assists in the referencing of new tenants whilst helping them find there perfect home and carries out the viewings along with other members of the team here. Nadine has over 11 years’ experience in customer service and enjoys getting involved in all aspects of residential lettings.
Rebecca began her role at Northwood Bolton in February 2014, after working within the community in the local media industry for 13 years. She prides herself on her extensive knowledge of the Bolton area, and over the years has gained a breadth of familiarity and experience in the Lettings Industry. Rebecca is very efficient in her day to day role, and is driven to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Senior Lettings Administrator
Diana joined Northwood Bolton in October 2016, Diana plays a vital role in the day to day running of the business dealing with arrears, inspections and check outs of properties whilst liaising with tenants and landlords.
Diana is driven by her excellent customer service skills, she enjoys communicating with clients and prides herself on being prompt, friendly and helpful.
Property Management Advisor
After finishing her degree in psychology and working part time at Northwood for over a year and a half as an administrator, Meganne joined the team full time in December as a property management advisor who deals with maintenance issues whilst liaising with Landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure the repairs are resolved in a timely manner. She is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Gaynor started in the lettings industry 18 months ago she joined Northwood Bolton in November 2019 after we acquired the company where she previously worked. Since leaving school Gaynor has helped out in the day to day running of a family business with over 30 years customer service experience she enjoys helping both landlords and tenants and deals with the day to day property management of our lettings portfolio acting promptly to any maintenance needs and liaising with contractors to ensure that any issues are resolved. She enjoys her role and enjoys any daily challenges that may come her way.
Senior Sales Negotiator
Before starting her career in estate agency two and a half years ago, Lauren worked within the hospitality sector which she started after graduating from univerisity. This led to her passion for providing excellent customer service and she continues to pride herself on doing so. This then combined with over two years experience as a sales negotiatior for a corporate agency, has led to her progression into the role of senior sales advisor here at Northwood. She loves the opportunity to meet with homeowners to discuss their goals and how Northwood can help to achieve them. She fully appreciates how stressful the process can be due to buying her first home two years ago so will always go the extra mile to ensure a smooth process for each and every customer.

Laura joined Northwood this year with over 10 years experience in dealing with customers and has worked for another Letting Agent previously. She comes to us with many recommendations from both landlords and tenants, her desire has been to be part of a professional team that has a customer service focused approach which she feels she is now part of. Laura considers herself to be enthusiastic, eager and passionate, with a willingness to learn and use her knowledge of the industry to help her in her role. Outside of work Laura has a degree in Photography and lives in Bolton giving her local knowledge.

Harriet joined the Northwood Bolton team in May 2019 following relocating from another Letting agent. Harriet specializes in the management of our portfolio of HMO Properties having completed various courses to expand her knowledge and understanding. Harriet prides herself on her extensive expertise of the property industry having worked within the lettings sector for over 8 years. She enjoys all aspects of the lettings cycle from conducting viewings, the application process and securing and moving in new tenants for our landlords. She thrives on delivering exceptional customer service at all times and absolutely loves her job.
Anita worked in a solicitors office in Manchester for many years, after having her family she became a slimming world consultant and realised how much she enjoyed helping people out so ventured in a new role as a lettings negotiator when the business she was with was acquired by Northwood Bolton she immediately came over to us in November 2019 as a lettings administrator. Anita prides herself on her customer service and deals with applications/ referencing, inspections and viewings.
