A Birmingham lass through and through, Allison Joined Northwood Birmingham in 2016 and knows her local marketplace more than most. Allison began in Estate Agency back in 1987 and over the years has gained experience in both corporate and independent businesses. Therefore, the skills and knowledge she brings to Northwood is purely invaluable. Job satisfaction is paramount to Allison and she thrives on the happiness a new home brings to her clients.
As our Branch Manager, the smooth running of our office is her main focus as well as ensuring that all of our clients both existing and new are receiving the best possible service. Allison also heads up the estate agency side of the business along with her diverse role of duties. She is well respected locally and is renowned for her professionalism, leadership and personal service and is more than happy to discuss your sales needs.
PA & Office Manager
Laura joined Northwood Birmingham team in 2019 and has been in a variety of customer service roles from a young age. With her professionalism and enthusiasm, Laura takes pride in making sure that clients are happy and this resulted in her winning an award for exceptional customer service whilst she was living in Spain as a holiday representative. She is passionate and dedicated to her PA and Office Manager role and will be on hand to support the Lettings and Sales business. Laura will be one of your first points of contact at the Birmingham Office.
Latha joined Northwood back in 2012 as our Accounts Manager. She has the very important role of processing all of our rental accounts, ensuring our Landlords receive their rents on time and all accounts are run smoothly. Latha also carries out all aspects of administration relating to the lettings department and assists the lettings department with tenant deposits and contract renewals. Client satisfaction is vital to Latha and will always aim to assist you efficiently as possible.
Andrew joined the team in 2019 as our Lettings Manager, having already had over 6 years’ experience in the property industry, with most of it based on the Birmingham Markets. From viewings, to market valuations, Andrew loves building great relationships with his clients, making sure he is there every step of the way. He has great attention to detail and will ensure all goes smoothly and likes nothing more than leaving work with happy tenants, landlords, vendors and buyers. These skills are essential for Andrew’s role and give him the ability to provide outstanding service and exceed customer expectations.
