Administration Manager (Maintenance & Compliance)
Laura joined Northwood Birmingham team in 2019 and has been in a variety of customer service roles from a young age. With her professionalism and enthusiasm, Laura takes pride in making sure that clients are happy and this resulted in her winning an award for exceptional customer service whilst she was living in Spain as a holiday representative. She is passionate and dedicated to her PA and Office Manager role and will be on hand to support the Lettings and Sales business. Laura will be one of your first points of contact at the Birmingham Office.
Senior Administrator (Accounts & Deposits)
Latha joined Northwood back in 2012 as our Accounts Manager. She has the very important role of processing all of our rental accounts, ensuring our Landlords receive their rents on time and all accounts are run smoothly. Latha also carries out all aspects of administration relating to the lettings department and assists the lettings department with tenant deposits and contract renewals. Client satisfaction is vital to Latha and will always aim to assist you efficiently as possible.
Senior Property Consultant (Sales & Lettings)
Renowned for his professionalism and personal service, Shakil is more than happy to discuss your sales needs. Shakil has a wealth of experience and understanding within the estate agency market in Birmingham and, you will often meet Shakil either on a viewing or in the office whilst securing your dream home or discussing how the sale of your home is progressing, he may even meet you when giving the initial marketing advice and discussing the best price to market your home at to attract the right level of inquiries to secure that all-important sale. The offer is just the beginning of the work Shakil is doing for you, what is needed is getting that sale through to completion allowing you to move to your new home, making your dreams come true.
Property Consultant (Sales & Lettings)
Amy joined the team in 2020 as one of our Property Consultants, having already had a number of years of experience in the property industry based on the Birmingham Markets. Effective property management and customer relations are at the top of our list of priorities and as a team we do everything we can to make the day to day property management process as successful and stress-free as possible for our clients.
From viewings, to market valuations, Amy loves building great relationships with her clients, making sure she is there every step of the way. She has great attention to detail and will ensure all goes smoothly and likes nothing more than leaving work with happy tenants, landlords, vendors and buyers. These skills are essential for Amy’s role and give her the ability to provide outstanding service and exceed customer expectations.
Office Administrator (PA to the team)
Marie joined the team in 2020 as PA to Director & Administrator, bringing with her 30 years of experience, having previously worked in office administration and customer service backgrounds. She is an extremely conscientious individual, who takes pride in the smooth running of our office front of house.
As one of the first points of contact, her main focus is ensuring that all of our clients both existing and new are receiving the very best possible customer service. This is essential for her role to meet all the industry's requirements and helping them to the best of her ability and exceeding customers’ expectations.
Marie is a people person with an outgoing and friendly manner and gets great job satisfaction by ensuring she always goes Over & Above to help and assist all of our clients.
