Senior Lettings Negotiator
I joined Northwood in 2007 and am responsible for ensuring that we let our properties to the most suitable tenants. I carry out all of the lettings viewings so if you are looking to rent a property, it is likely that you will meet me! I also liaise with landlords, both existing and prospective and ensure that they understand the different schemes that we offer and answer any queries that they may have. I have made a significant contribution to the growth of Northwood (Milton Keynes) over the past 8 years and our most recent accolade was the Gold award for best letting agent in the MK16 area, as voted by Allagents members in 2015.
I joined Northwood in 2006 and am responsible for ensuring that the daily office tasks are completed, in addition to making landlord payments and dealing with account queries, collecting rents and dealing with arrears issues and payment disputes. I also attend court hearings on the company’s behalf and act as the point of liaison regarding eviction matters. I enjoy working in such a changeable environment as no two days are the same!

I joined Northwood in 2012 and am responsible for managing maintenance issues reported by our tenants. I liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure that maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. I enjoy working in such a varied role and the appeal for me is that I never know what each day will bring. I enjoy turning negative issues into positive outcomes and strive to ensure that our clients understand that we have their best interests at the forefront of our service offering.
Property Management Consultant
I joined Northwood in 2011 and during this time, I have been involved in various different roles within the business. I currently deal with property management, to include carrying out inspections. I also assist my colleagues in the sales department as required. I carry out viewings, liaise with prospective clients, manage the social media content for the business and ensure that we are up to date with new marketing initiatives. I have been in the property industry for in excess of 15 years and I have a real passion for both the sales and lettings industries.
I joined Northwood in 2008 and deal with all the administrative tasks required on a daily basis. I also manage the gas safety inspections and ensure that deposits are protected and the required information is served upon our tenants. I manage tenant / landlord renewals and liaise with contractors regarding their invoices. My role covers all types of administrative duties and I enjoy the variation that every day brings.
