Award-winning lettings and estate agency Northwood has announced a new collaboration with Every Student, an established Aberdeen-based provider of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA).
The partnership will see Northwood market Every Student’s range of properties across the city, which are aimed at providing students with modern and comfortable housing options near the University of Aberdeen, the Robert Gordon University, and Aberdeen College.
In return, the team at Every Student will pass on enquiries from students who are transitioning to their professional lives and looking for support to find a private rental property.
The current market for PBSA has been particularly difficult over the past 12 months due to a reduced number of students coming to study in the city. This is down to a range of reasons, from Visa difficulties to currency concerns and students choosing to stay in their home country to further their education.
Every Student offers strategically located student accommodation, including contemporary studio apartments and shared flats.
Northwood Property Manager, Alicja Higgins, has taken the lead in marketing the properties on behalf of Every Student, ensuring the high-quality housing options reach the right audience.
