Yes, Instant Rent is brand new to Northwood North East. While some Northwood franchises in other regions have offered this model before, this is the first time it has been available in Scotland. We are excited to bring this innovative service to local landlords.
Q: What exactly is Instant Rent?
In simple terms, Instant Rent is just like our Guaranteed Rent offering with one key difference: the contract starts from day one that the property is ready* and runs for a minimum of three years. That means no waiting period – landlords start receiving rent instantly, regardless of whether a tenant is in place.
Q: Are all landlords eligible for Instant Rent?
Not every property qualifies automatically. Just like our Guaranteed Rent, we assess the property first. If it meets our criteria, we will issue a formal written offer.
Q: What conditions must a property meet to qualify?
The conditions as are the same as our Guaranteed Rent Service and for all rental properties, in fact. To be eligible for Instant Rent, the property must be safe and compliant, with the necessary safety certificates in place. It must also be clean, well-maintained and ready to let. Once a property ticks all the boxes, we can move forward with the Instant Rent process and get you earning.
