This year marks a special milestone for Rowan, who is celebrating five years with Northwood North East. As Finance Manager, Rowan plays a pivotal role in keeping the company’s financial gears turning, ensuring staff are paid, landlords receive their rent, contractors are compensated, and tenants stay on top of their bills.
After earning a degree in Forensic and Analytical Chemistry, Rowan trained as a Chartered Accountant in Edinburgh. Her career took her through roles in Corporate Tax at PwC, and later in Tax, Treasury, and Intercompany Accounts at Sparrows. After taking time off to raise her children, she joined Northwood.
Rowan’s days are packed with banking tasks, chasing rent arrears, and fielding endless questions.
