- Ensure timely rent collection so you get paid in full, each month. If necessary, we will chase late payments and handle any arrears on your behalf.
- Issue monthly statements to provide a clear overview of your rental income.
- Minimise disputes & arrears by taking a proactive approach to any late payments through open communication channels and appropriate legal action if required.
- Ensure all tenancy deposit schemes, rental statement and tax regulations along with all rent collections are compliant with Scottish law.
- Help you learn a new language. Well, not exactly – but the time we’ll save you means you can crack on with the more exciting things in your life.
