Gas and Electricity
Please contact the suppliers to set up accounts in your name as soon as possible and submit opening meter readings. You are free to choose your supplier.
Water
Please contact Anglian Water to set up your water account and submit your opening meter reading.
Council Tax
You must register for Council Tax with Ipswich Borough Council. If the property is located outside of Ipswich, please contact your local council authority.
Maintenance
If you need to report a repair or maintenance issue, please get in touch with our team.
Gas Emergency
If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency Service immediately, 24 hours a day.
- If it is safe to do so, turn off the gas at the meter.
- Open windows and doors to ventilate the property.
- Do not use light switches, electrical appliances or any naked flames.
- Leave the property if you feel unsafe and call 0800 111 999 from a safe location.
