If you have a maintenance issue please consult the table within our Tenant Handbook to see if the issue falls under Tenant or Landlord responsibility.

 

If you need to report a maintenance issue please do so via the our maintenance reporting system (if Northwood manage your maintenance) or contact your landlord directly if you were advised at your ‘CheckIn’ appointment that contact is to be made directly with them.
