Our Story

Founded in 2009 by Laura and Steven, Northwood North East opened its first office in the bustling Rosemount area with a clear aim: to deliver exceptional customer service to landlords across the North-east. Inspired by their own experiences as property owners, they identified a gap in the market for a truly client-focused property agent.

Both chartered accountants, Laura and Steven bring strong commercial insight and attention to detail to the business. As part of the Northwood franchise network of over 95 offices nationwide, they combine local expertise with national support. In 2017, the business expanded into residential sales with the launch of Bespoke by Northwood, offering a boutique estate agency service alongside its market-leading Guaranteed Rent solution.

Today, alongside Operations Director Matt, they lead a team of 15, operating from offices in Aberdeen, Inverurie, Banchory and Stonehaven. With community at the heart of everything they do, Northwood is proud to support local charities and to be an active member of Inverurie BID.
