This month, we’re thrilled to celebrate another fantastic milestone – Admin Assistant Leigh’s first anniversary at Northwood!
In just 12 months, Leigh has become an essential part of the Northwood team, seamlessly managing a wide range of responsibilities, from assisting the Finance Manager and processing invoices, to supporting compliance with safety certifications, co-ordinating with contractors, covering reception, scheduling inspections, and issuing rent increases
Before joining Northwood, Leigh built a career in business development within the recruitment sector, specifically in the world of oil and gas. Making the leap into property management might seem like a big shift, but Leigh has brought with her a wealth of transferable skills, including adaptability, client focus, and a results-driven mindset.
