When you take out Guaranteed Rent, Northwood rents your property from you. You receive an agreed monthly rent payment throughout the contract term *

We protect the tenant’s deposit with an approved scheme, which can be used to cover damage at the end of the tenancy. You also get internal condition cover up to 1.5 months’ rent, subject to fair wear and tear and your agreement terms.
Contracts have a minimum 12-month term, with renewal options (online or rolling) depending on your local Northwood office.
