He has a background in Actuarial Science which gives him a good head for numbers. In addition, he is a qualified independent mortgage broker, thereby able to provide a full turnkey service to clients. He has also acted for investors on numerous deals and understands what a developer or an investor seeks when making a purchase. In his spare time Suresh likes swimming, hiking and martial arts.
