Our Fees

Charge (inclusive of VAT where applicable)
Tenant Find Only Service 100% (inclusive of VAT) of the first months’ rent. This fee is payable at the start of the tenancy and payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent deducted by the Agent from the rent received. Minimum fee is £650 inclusive of VAT. *If the monthly rental is £1000.00 you will pay a fee of £1000.00 (inclusive of VAT).
Letting and Rent Collection Service 10% (inclusive of VAT) deducted by the Agent from the rent received. The set-up fee upon a new tenant moving in is £500.00 (inclusive of VAT). This is a one-off charge every time the Property is remarketed.
Full Management Service 13% (inclusive of VAT) deducted by the Agent from the rent received. The set-up fee upon a new tenant moving in is £500.00 (inclusive of VAT). This is a one-off charge every time the Property is remarketed.

The fees under the above services are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the Agent.

If overseas Landlord approval is not obtained, an extra 1% including VAT will be charged on the above commissions to cover the cost of the extra work involved.

*If the works costs £3000.00 you will pay a fee of £360.00 inclusive of VAT
