Our Services
Health & Safety Compliance
We ensure that your property meets all the statutory compliance regulations, including electrical, fire, gas, health and safety requirements. It is of upmost importance to Northwood that the property meets all the required compliance standards, providing a safe and secure working environment to all parties.
Soft Facilities Management
We will ensure the management of soft FM contracts such as cleaning services, waste management, grounds maintenance, security and pest control. We will review all contracts annually to ensure our landlords are receiving a quality service and their assets are being maintained appropriately.
Hard Facilities Management
We will manage hard FM contracts for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and lifts. Ensuring these items are serviced and maintained correctly to extend the life of each asset and maximising its ROI. We will assist with a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Schedule to ensure equipment is in working order by regularly planning maintenance and checks.
Reactive Facilities Management
We also cover reactive maintenance and issues that may arise day to day. We are able to instruct contractors to respond and attend to these issues when required on the same day or out of hours in an emergency through our 24/7 helpdesk.
Project Management
Our facilities management team can also take the lead on refurbishments and major installations. We will handle the entire process ensuring seamless execution and timely completion whilst minimising disruptions and daily operations.
