Fees

Off-market fee:
£240 inc VAT upfront registration fee, followed by
£1,260 payable upon completion

Total fee of £1,500 inc VAT for any sale agreed within 8 weeks.

Following commencement of on-market advertising, our fees will revert to a fixed fee of £2,160 inc VAT (minimum 12-week contract).
