Paying your rent

Your rent should be paid in full and on time on the date set out in your tenancy agreement. Most tenants choose to pay by standing order, which you’ll need to set up with your bank shortly after your tenancy begins and check is working correctly. If you need our bank details to set this up, or if you’d prefer to make a payment by card, our team is happy to help — simply call your local office: Doncaster on 01302 767000, Thorne on 01405 814999, or Hatfield on 01302 279196. You can also contact our accounts department directly at [email protected] or by calling 01302 767000 (option 3).

If you’re worried that you might struggle to pay your rent or think you could fall into arrears, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We understand that circumstances can change, and the earlier you speak to us, the more we can help. We’ll treat the matter confidentially and talk through your situation with you, including any options to clear the balance over time or where to seek further support. Ignoring the problem can make things more difficult, but by reaching out early, you’re taking the right step — and we’re here to support you.
