How does it work?
We effectively become your tenant, guaranteeing you a fixed rental income. We then sub-let the property, taking great care to select the right tenants and then manage the property throughout the full duration of the tenancy. This gives you peace of mind that your property is well looked after and that you’ll receive monthly payments whilst leaving all the legislation, communication and maintenance to us.
We also take responsibility for the condition of your property up to a maximum of 1.5 times the rent value, and we manage the deposit process on your behalf. Your income is guaranteed at the start of the contract, removing all risk and locking in the return on your investment for a minimum of 12 months.
