Guaranteed Rent
Get dependable rental income at the same time each month without any of the usual stress of being a landlord by letting with our guaranteed rent scheme. There are no fees for setting up this service.
Our fees and services
Our set-up fees cover the cost of advertising, finding a tenant and fully referencing them, and sorting out the inventory and agreements for you. We will also serve prescribed information, protect the tenants deposit and ensure that your rental property & tenancy are fully compliant. Set up fees are payable for each new tenant we help you find. We can arrange a photographic & written inventory for you, costs vary depending upon the size of your property.
Fully Managed
Let us take complete care of your property. With the Fully Managed service, we’ll handle all tenant queries and conduct regular inspections and maintenance on your behalf, so you can get on with your own busy life
- Set up fee: £528 (includes VAT) We complete a 360 degree tour as standard.
- Monthly commission: 12% (includes VAT)
- Inventory charge from £100 inc (varies depending on size of property)
- Unlike some agents we have no other charges hidden below the headline figures.
- There may be occasional exceptions such as court costs, but for all the work that we do, no other charges apply.
Tenant Find
Fill your property with no hassle, as we’ll take care of finding a suitable, reliable tenant for a one-off fee.
- Standard fee: 75% of first month’s rent – £500 minimum (includes VAT)
- Inventory charge from £100 inc (varies depending on size of property)
Rent Collection
Enjoy stress-free letting and leave us to take care of collecting the rent on your property.
- Set up fee: £360 (includes VAT) Includes a 360 degree tour as standard.
