A town with a bright future

Epsom has a broad range of property types to offer; new-build apartments and houses, functional, modern and convenient flats, Victorian and Edwardian terraced houses and spacious, grand semi-detached and detached houses. There are no tower blocks in the area and conservation areas are a plenty. The property agent Savills own research predicts Epsom will have the 5th highest house price growth in the UK between now and 2020.

Epsom is a small market town approximately 14 miles south west of London. At the centre of the town is a Clock Tower built in 1847 and is a focal point of the market which hosts a weekly market. The most famous landmark though has to be the Epsom Downs Race course and its stunning grandstand overlooking the Downs and featuring one of the most famous horse races in the world "The Derby". Epsom Downs rises 110M above sea level and the city of London, Heathrow airport and the Wembley Arch can all be seen from here on a clear day. The term Epsom Salts originates from here and it was this that drew people to the town in the mid 1600's. Residents and visitors to Epsom can enjoy some wonderful parks and nature walks with Nonsuch Park and Epsom Common providing a beautiful and relaxing environment. A few years ago property gurus Phil Spencer and Kirsty Allsop from the TV programme Location, Location, Location voted Epsom as the best place to live in the UK. There are good train links into London and with both Heathrow and Gatwick a short drive away it makes Epsom a great place to live..
