Sales & Lettings Property Viewings
Due to current government guidelines in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic, virtual viewings remain the safest way to view a property and are encouraged by the government. We have videos available on our web-site via the virtual tour button.
If you wish to apply please e-mail email@example.com and we will send out an application to your email address through Adobe Sign which allows you to fill in an application electronically should you wish to apply.
Where proceeding with in-person viewings if a virtual viewing is not possible, we will also offer a live video service to ensure face to face contact is kept to a minimum and ensure the safety of all. Should a live video not be suitable for you, viewings in person will be permitted from 29th June after completing an application form and reviewing our Let & Sell Safe document, by appointment only.
New Sales & Lettings Valuations
We have set up the facility to provide a live video conference to carry out valuations of new properties should you wish to put your property on the market, please contact us to arrange. We are still in a position to market properties for sale or let and we are still very busy arranging viewings for prospective purchasers and tenants.
You must inform us if you are self-isolating or display symptoms of covid-19 and any other pertinent property access details. Please note emergencies and maintenance will still be dealt with in line with government guidance for the health of all concerned. Note that there may be delays to the delivery of certain appliances and tenancy issues taking a little longer than usual to resolve, we appreciate your patience. Additional measures are being taken with regards to contractors and other people entering your property. All third-party suppliers have been contacted and asked to follow the latest government and NHS advice. If you experiencing financial difficulty due to covid-19 the government has provided ample resource and funding to help tenants through this time, please get in touch for further information.
