Steve is highly customer service orientated and is the owner of Northwood Bolton which he took over in November 2016. He graduated and worked in chemical engineering but then had a career shift into customer service working in senior management positions for GE, AmEx, Aegon and CHEP. He has built a team delivering excellent customer service; the awards made by allAgents in 2015 and 2016 and the countless recommendations the business receives are a testament to this. Although not from Bolton originally, he has owned Northwood Wigan for over 8 years and so knows the area very well! Steve has achieved the highest qualification in lettings Â– the BTEC Level 4 in Lettings and Residential Management. He would love to hear from homeowners / landlords who are looking to sell/rent their property.
Overall responsibility for daily management of the branch is Leanne Keane. Leanne has worked for Northwood since 2004 at the Liverpool branch and in 2014 moved to Northwood Bolton. Leanne has an extensive knowledge of both property management and estate agency and in 2010 she gained a BTEC level 4 Professional Diploma in Residential Letting and Management. LeanneÂ’s job is to ensure the smooth running of the team and the office and offer excellent customer service to all of their clients.

Diana joined Northwood in October 2016 bringing with her knowledge and experience of both the Residential & Commercial Sectors. Most recently Diana has spent the last 9 years working for a Bolton based business transfer agent, this involved guiding Vendors and Purchasers through the buying and selling process from beginning to end. There would be no better feeling than when I agreed a sale for my Vendor that fulfilled their price expectation and likewise when a purchaser found a business / property of their dreams, this brought so much satisfaction and fulfilment to my role. Diana is responsible for the day to day running of the branch which includes the management of the property portfolio and ensuring that all policies, procedures and key documentation is compliant with current industry regulation and guidelines.
AngelaÂ’'s duties include viewings, inspections, inventories, check inÂ’s and check outs. Angela is responsible to guide Tenants through every stage of finding their perfect property for rent in Bolton and to ensure that they are happy in their chosen home.
Andrew joined Northwood in September 2016 with 2 yearsÂ’ experience working for a large Bolton agent in both lettings and property management. He is often praised by landlords and tenants for his fair and helpful approach. At Northwood, he is also responsible for property maintenance and ensuring all tenants move in efficiently. He is always happy to help and will try his best to satisfy all. Outside of work, he loved nothing more than a run through the park with his beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and is also a keen supporter of Bolton Wanderers.
Rebecca is responsible for the smooth running of the property management from when we first receive keys to a property until we hand it back. She deals with property maintenance and all tenancy related paperwork. Rebecca is always happy to help in a friendly and professional manner.
